Her journey began with a daring decision to become a copywriter in Nigeria, defying norms and setting the stage for her remarkable trajectory. From Centerspread FCB to 141Worldwide (WPP) and Leo Burnett Lagos, she consistently sought new challenges, securing global accounts like Burger King and ALX Africa.
Esosa's creative genius has earned her recognitions, garnering prestigious awards such as Outstanding Creative Director 2023 at the Women in Marketing and Communications Conference and Awards (WIMCA), Creative Game Changer award at the SHE WINS conference, and Creative Personality of the Year 2024 at the Edge awards. Creative Advertising Personality of the Year WIMCA 2024. Her TGI campaign, "Unwrap Joy, Unleash Taste," clinched the Grand Prix at LAIF 2023 (Lagos Advertising and Ideas Festival).
Her impressive portfolio spans iconic brands – Pepsi, Heineken, YouTube, Chivita, British American Tobacco, Nestlé, First Bank, Mondalez, World Bank, and more. As a sought-after creative, Esosa serves on esteemed global and local award panels, including CLIO, D&AD, The ANDY's, The One Show, Publicis Giraffe, and LAIF.
In 2023, she zagged when she applied for the Cannes Lions See It Be It program (a unique program that recognizes the most creative female leaders around the world), and her application was selected as the only one from West Africa, becoming one of the top 16 selected from over 800 applications sent in globally. This unique creative scholarship then took her to the Cannes Lions Creative festival in France for an immersive life-changing program with 16 other women.
Beyond her achievements, Esosa nurtures emerging talent in Nigerian advertising schools and advocates for women in the industry. As Creative Director at Insight Publicis, she leads a diverse team, delivering stellar work for global and local accounts, including but not limited to Pepsi, CAF, Heineken,Tiger, Desperados, FBN Quest, Complan, Keystone Bank, and the coveted Airtel account which she landed in the first six months assuming the role as Creative Director.
