
FUTURE CREATIVE LEADERS ACADEMY
The Future Creative Leaders Academy is a youth programme of the Pitcher Festival of Creativity designed for students in universities and other tertiary institutions. It provides a platform for intensive learning, discovering talents, as well as inspiring and immersing hopeful professionals into the world of advertising and marketing communications.
The Future Creative Leaders Academy is now in its 18th year and every year the Academy welcomes students to participate in the specially curated youth events held during the Pitcher Festival of Creativity . The programme includes competitions, seminars and workshops. The programme also provides a platform for selecting participants for the Roger Hatchuel Student Academy of the Cannes Lions Festival.
Prizes

3 top performing students at the competitions will be recognized with Gold, Silver and Bronze medals as well as opportunity to participate in Cannes Lions.

Best Lecturer of the Year Award goes to supervisor of top performing student

The institution or department with the highest cumulative score for their participating students win the School of the Year Award

First brief launches 3 March 2025 for selection of Cannes Lions Roger Hatchuel Academy delegate
Pre-festival programme takes place from 17 – 21 March 2025
2nd brief launches 21 March 2025 for selection of FCLA winner, Best Lecturer and best school of the year
All participants to be given digital access to attend Pitcher Festival 15 – 17 May 2025
Virtual presentation of work and announcement of winners – 3 May 2025
