Pitcher Festival 2025 events will hold from 15 – 17 May 2025.   The pre-festival sessions for the Future Creative Leaders Academy (dedicated programme for university students entering the industry) will hold  from 17 - 21 February 2025, while that of  Young Professionals Academy (dedicated programme for professionals of up to 30 years) will hold from 10 - 14 March 2025. The new Creative Leaders Compass (dedicated programme for creative leaders and those being groomed to step into those shoes) will hold from 17 - 21 March 2025. 

 

Some segments of the 2025 programme will hold as online events, while others will hold as in-person or hybrid events.

• ​Pitcher Awards - Pan-African benchmark for creative excellence covering Digital, Advertising, Media, PR and Entertainment entries. 

• Future Creative Leaders Academy – professional immersion programme for students in tertiary institutions

• Young Professionals Academy – training and competitions for professionals under 30 

• Creating a Better Africa - this is the advocacy arm of the festival and will include programmes sessions dedicating to promoting development and sustainability in Africa. 

• Creative Leaders Compass - learning and networking programme for senior industry managers around the world to deepen their knowledge about the African market.
